How long does it take for my PC to be built and shipped?

All of our prebuilt systems are shipped within 5 business days. Systems under the "Ready To Ship" section ship within the same, or next business day.

For custom built PCs, your build time may take longer depending on the components you selected. Most custom built systems ship within 10-12 business days.

Please bear in mind that the build time does not include the time for delivery. Our systems are shipped via UPS Ground by default, and typically arrive within 2-3 business days during non-peak times.

What is an estimated delivery date?

The "estimated delivery date" in your email is an automatically generated delivery date based off the time your tracking number is generated. In most cases, your actual delivery date should be within 1-2 days of this date, but can vary depending on shipping volume and weather conditions.

If you need to know your exact delivery date, make sure to keep an eye on your tracking number. Your tracking number should state "out for delivery" on the exact day of delivery.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. Due to the high value of the item, all of our PC orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign on the estimated delivery date, you may be able to have your package held at a dropoff location. You can schedule alternative delivery options via the UPS website.

Can I manage or redirect my delivery?

Yes. We use UPS for shipping. With UPS My Choice, you can manage your deliveries in several different ways.

Can I use a freight forwarding service?

We do not allow any use of freight forward services for several reasons. This includes but not is not limited to a higher likelihood of fraudulent orders, and increased liability. Any orders with addresses belonging to freight forwarding services will be cancelled and refunded.

How does Skyforge PC ensure my PC gets delivered undamaged?

Ensuring your order arrives safely is one of our top priorities. We use a combination of packaging including expanding foam, large-cell bubble wrap, convoluted charcoal foam, all in a double-box. Our packages are all taped thoroughly, to ensure your system arrives with structural integrity. We also include shipping insurance on all PC orders. If your system is damaged during transit, please contact our support team ASAP so we can assist you.

Can I make changes to my order?

You may make changes to your order within 2 hours of placing your order. If it has been past 2 hours, you may be charged a small fee based on the work performed on your build.

Yes. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order. If it has been past 2 hours, you may be charged a small fee based on the work performed on your build.

Why was my order cancelled?

We may cancel certain orders for several reasons. These include but are not limited to fraudulent orders, orders with unverifiable addresses, or a failed payment authorization, among other things. You may contact our support team at any time to gain additional clarification on your cancelled order.

Where does Skyforge PC ship to?

Skyforge PC currently ships to all 50 US states. We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time.
