How To Track Your Order Status

Learn how to track your Skyforge PC order status step-by-step. Access your account dashboard, view build progress, and get shipment tracking updates. Find out what each order status means and how to contact support if you need help.

Once you place an order with Skyforge PC, you can easily follow your build’s progress from start to finish through your account dashboard or via email updates.


Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Sign in using the email you used at checkout.

  2. Once logged in, select Orders to view your recent purchases.

  3. Your order status timeline will be visible on this page.

Alternatively, you can look up your order via our order lookup page.


Step 2: Check Your Email Updates

We’ll also keep you updated by email at every major stage of your build:

  • Order Received – We’ve received your order.

  • Assembly In Progress – Your system is being assembled.

  • Quality Control & Testing – We’re verifying performance and stability.

  • Shipped – Your tracking number will be included in this email.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see our updates.


Step 3: Track Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you can:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or

  • Access the tracking number directly in your account dashboard.
