Your shipment will contain both the case box, and an accessory box. The PC will arrive in the case box, assembled and packed to ensure the components can be shipped safely. Here are some pictures of what to look for when unboxing, as any tape or packing material left in the PC may damage hardware.
What's in the accessory box?
Power cable, case pieces, WIFI antenna if supported by your motherboard, and some extras.
Opening the case box:
Using a small knife or box cutter, carefully cut the top of the case shipping box.
Flip the box onto the opened top.
And lift the box.
Rotate the PC so that it's upright.
And remove the outer foam and plastic.
Remove the packing tape securing the glass to the case, and open the case.
***IMPORTANT*** Do not place any part of the glass cover on a hard surface such as a floor or table. Place the glass on a soft surface such as the white foam that came with the PC to prevent the tempered glass from shattering.
Remove the packing material from the inside of the case, around the GPU and CPU.
Remove the packing tape securing the CPU cooler fans.
Replace the glass cover.
Installing accessories / cables:
Install the WIFI antenna if included.
Verify the power supply's switch is turned off before inserting the power cable.
Insert the power cable.
Plug your monitors display cables (HDMI / DisplayPort) into the GPU ports.
Plug USB devices into the motherboard. The USB ports on the motherboard or other panels should be labeled with their speed, and generally any device should work with any similarly shaped USB port unless the device specifically needs the higher speed of a USB 3.1 or better port.
Plug your PC into a wall outlet, and turn on the power supply switch.
Some important reminders:
If the case glass is damaged at all, please reach out to the support team for assistance. Case class is tempered and may explode into small shards if damaged. Glass pieces are not easy to get out of a computer, and may damage fans or other components if glass finds their way inside them.
Common troubleshooting steps at this point:
My PC isn't powering on:
Confirm the power supply switch is turned on.
My monitor isn't displaying anything:
Confirm that you've plugged a display cable into the ports on the GPU, not on the motherboard.
My case, glass, or components appear to be damaged:
Send a picture of the damage to the support team as soon as possible.
